1コリント I Cor. 13:8-11

1Cor. 13:8愛は決して絶えることがありません。預言の賜物ならばすたれます。異言ならばやみます。知識ならばすたれます。

1Cor. 13:8Love never fails; but if there are gifts of 1aprophecy, they will be done away; if there are btongues, they will cease; if there isknowledge, it will be done away.

 

1Cor. 13:9というのは、私たちの知っているところは一部分であり、預言することも一部分だからです。

1Cor. 13:9For we aknowin part, and we prophesy in part;

 

1Cor. 13:10完全なものが現れたら、不完全なものはすたれます。

1Cor. 13:10but when the perfect comes, the partial will be done away.

 

1Cor. 13:11私が子どもであったときには、子どもとして話し、子どもとして考え、子どもとして論じましたが、おとなになったときには、子どものことをやめました。

1Cor. 13:11When I was a child, I used to speak as a child, think as a child, reason as a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things.

 

1Cor. 13:12今、私たちは鏡にぼんやり映るものを見ていますが、その時には顔と顔とを合わせて見ることになります。今、私は一部分しか知りませんが、その時には、私が完全に知られているのと同じように、私も完全に知ることになります。

1Cor. 13:12For now we aseein a mirror 1dimly, but then bfaceto face; now I know in part, but then I shall know fully just as I also chavebeen fully known.

 

1Cor. 13:13こういうわけで、いつまでも残るものは信仰と希望と愛です。その中で一番すぐれているのは愛です。

1Cor. 13:13But now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the 1greatest of these is alove.
